Anthony Newall-Watson Personal Trainer Level 3 (full time)
Anthony is an enthusiastic and passionate member of the Body & Soul team and has been since January 2020!
He has gathered a wealth of experience with us under our Apprenticeship Program which he completed this year. His warm, friendly manner and infectious laugh is unmistakable in the gym. He is passionate about providing variety and fun in his training sessions for his clients ensuring that they can get fit and have fun at the same time!

Matthew Hopkins Personal Trainer Level 3 (full-time)
Matthew has been a valued member of the Body & Soul team for the last 6 years!
He is popular with all our members and enjoys welcoming all who come through our doors. Matthew has also recently qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer whilst on our Apprenticeship program.
Matthew has loved to train in the gym for a long time and has a wealth of knowledge with our fitness equipment. His warm, kind, and friendly manner makes him very approachable and easy to talk to.
“I pride myself on being able to make people feel at ease. The gym environment can be a little intimidating at first, so I like to make people feel comfortable by teaching them to be confident in using our equipment. Once we have gained that confidence, we can then look at mixing it up and bit and start making our sessions more interesting so that my clients can reach their goals and stay engaged with their program at the same time!”
