Anthony Newall-Watson Personal Trainer Level 3 (full time - Mornings)
Anthony is an enthusiastic and passionate member of the Body & Soul team and has been since January 2020!
He has gathered a wealth of experience with us under our Apprenticeship Program which he completed in 2022 and he is currently working towards his Level 3 Menopause Practitioner course.
His warm, friendly manner and infectious laugh is unmistakable in the gym. He is passionate about providing variety and fun in his training sessions for his clients ensuring that they can get fit and have fun at the same time!

Matthew Hopkins Personal Trainer Level 3 (full-time, afternoons and weekends)
Matthew has been a valued member of the Body & Soul team for the last 6 years!
He is popular with all our members and enjoys welcoming all who come through our doors. Matthew has also is a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
Matthew has loved to train in the gym for a long time and has a wealth of knowledge with our fitness equipment. His warm, kind, and friendly manner makes him very approachable and easy to talk to.
